Job Description - Microsoft Licences Sales Expert

Nuway CFR, a Boutique Search firm based in Singapore serves clients for Leadership roles in APAC helping Global MNCs to build their talent workforce.
We have been retained by one of our MNC clients for a Regional Business Development profile to grow their Microsoft Licences Solutions for Education sector.
The role will comprise of BD, Marketing, Trainings and Enablement and Alliances.
Geographical Coverage: India
Experience : 10+ Years.
This role will need travel within India
Job Location : Mumbai /Bengaluru / Gurugram / Noida
Work : Hybrid
Summary of Role
The Category Manager will be responsible for strategic engagement and key wins for Solutions & Services to be offered to varied Clients.
Experience needed :
Sales experience in Microsoft Licences and Technology for Education programs.
Knowledge in specific Microsoft specialised Cloud technologies.

Grow pipelines & market share
Increase HW + SW + Services Sales
To enable country capacity and capability to drive Education Solutions & Services for K12 & HED.
Job Description:
Solutions & Services :
Leadership / Influence level position.
Complete understanding of our clients portfolio & services
Capable of articulating End to End solution including, but not limited to PC, Workstation, Datacenter, Software and 3rd party solutions.
Broad Industry knowledge of competitors offerings and how to defeat
Detailed understanding of Alliance Partner Offerings for Education
Internal Team Collaboration :
Acts as Geography leader for all Educations Solutions support Sales/ BDM community
Acts as lead consultant where expertise or grade requires
Acts as regional interface and escalation point to segment leaders
Account / Industry :
Knowledgeable across all RTM, Direct/ Indirect / Commercial / SMB.
Ability to create and manage clear territory planning, and tracking
Customer Relationship :
Provides BDMs and Core Sellers with EDU Transformation vision and Value Proposition as it relates to MS
Engages at all levels within from end user to CxO as required.
Provides insights and thought leadership & participates in customer decision path related to end to end solution
