Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  


• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
  


• Build, enhance, and support automated workflows using Power Automate, including approvals, notifications, integrations, and business process automation.
  


• Develop solutions leveraging Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and standard/premium Power Platform connectors.
  


• Customize and extend Power Platform solutions using Power Fx, JavaScript, and Azure services where required.
  


• Configure and manage security roles, permissions, and data access controls to ensure compliance and governance standards.
  


• Package, deploy, and manage solutions across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
  


• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization of Power Platform applications.
  


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend effective technical solutions.
  


• Provide L2/L3 support for deployed Power Platform applications and automation workflows.
  


• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, security, and development best practices.
  


• Strong expertise in: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse
  


• Good understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
  


• Experience with solution lifecycle management, environment strategies, and application deployment processes.
  


• Knowledge of data modeling, security configuration, and governance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  


• Basic understanding of REST APIs, web services, and Azure cloud services.
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  


• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  


• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
  


• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and DevOps practices for Power Platform deployments.
  


• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external enterprise applications.
  


• Knowledge of application monitoring, governance, and performance optimization.
