If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Mid level GenAI Engineers to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nKey Responsibilities \n\u2022 Build GenAI/agentic systems (chat copilots, workflow/graph agents, tool use, memory) \n\u2022 Implement chunking, hybrid search, vector stores, re-ranking, feedback loops, and continuous data quality/eval. \n\u2022 Select/integrate/finetune LLMs \u0026 multimodal models. \n\u2022 Apply prompt-engineering techniques to specific use cases and types \n\u2022 Experience working on solutions based on LLM, NLP, DL (Deep Learning), ML (Machine Learning), object detection / classification etc. \n\u2022 Should have good understanding of DevOps \n\u2022 Should have good understanding of LLM evaluation \n\u2022 Should have deployed min of 2 models in production (MLOps) \n\u2022 Should have understanding of guardrails, policy filters, PII redaction, runtime monitors and agent observability. \n\u2022 Unit testing of GenAI Solutions built and documentation of results. \n\u2022 Collaborate with clients/Stakeholders from multiple Geographies. \n\u2022 Stay informed about the latest advancements in Gen AI, machine learning, and AI technologies to optimize our technical stack. \nQualifications \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s/Master\u2019s Degree or equivalent. \n\u2022 5+ years in ML engineering, around 1+ years of hands-on with LLMs/GenAI and agentic frameworks. \n\u2022 Experience in shipping production AI systems on at least one hyperscaler (Azure/AWS/GCP). \n\u2022 Experience delivering end-to-end GenAI based solutions. \nRequired Skills \n\u2022 Strong Python experience to build multiple AI-ML/ GenAI Solutions. \n\u2022 Should have experience working on Agent orchestration with leading frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen. \n\u2022 Strong experience working on SQL Query, Vector DB like Pinecone, Qdrant, Fiaas \n\u2022 Should have experience working on hybrid search and re-rankers \n\u2022 Should have experience on evaluation \u0026 observability LangSmith/ human-in-the-loop workflows. \n\u2022 Strong experience in using any one of the leading Hyperscaler services from Azure/AWS/GCP \n\u2022 Experience working on NLP, CV, Deep Learning Algorithms \n\u2022 Should have working experience with Open-Source Models \n\u2022 Experience on UI/UX will be added advantage. \n\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
