Role Summary

We are seeking a Mid Product Manager to lead the evolution of B2B fleet digital experiences. This is a strategic role responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end experiences across key touchpoints connecting customers, dealers, fleet operators, and vehicles. You will own web and apps that power vehicle onboarding, operations, diagnostics, and lifecycle management for enterprise fleets, and you will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and regional business teams to deliver world-class, scalable experiences. You will work cross-functionally to build reliable, secure, and intuitive products used daily by fleet operators, drivers, and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmaps

• Define a compelling multi-year product strategy and annual roadmaps for fleet management tools, driver-facing applications
• Maintain a strong pulse on market trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to inform prioritization.
• Champion a data-informed & customer-centric approach to roadmap development and iteration.
• Balance long-term platform investments with short-term feature delivery, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt solutions for local market needs, including compliance and partner integrations.

Execution Excellence

Partner with engineering and UX to deliver quality high-quality web and mobile experiences.

• Write clear product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and define success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional execution across distributed teams.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Use data and customer insights to continuously improve adoption and retention.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Drive cross-functional team alignment around OKRs, roadmaps, and product vision.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships with engineering, UX, marketing, commercial teams, and external partners to drive initiatives to execution
• Foster a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management experience, with a strong background in B2B and/or platform products. Experience in automotive, EVs, logistics, or mobility ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of connected vehicle platforms, telematics, APIs, and mobile, web, and embedded (in-vehicle) architectures, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams.
• Proven ability to define, deliver, and measure exceptional end-to-end customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Strong grasp of software architecture and connected services, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, make tradeoffs, and collaborate effectively with engineering partners.
• Ability to translate company-level objectives into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog ownership, iteration planning, and cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and build consensus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
