Requirements

Required Technical Skills

Frontend:

• Strong
  knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+ concepts.
  
• Good
  hands-on experience with React.js.
  
• Strong
  understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development.
  
• Experience
  with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or plain CSS.
  
• Ability
  to develop UI components based on requirements/designs.
  
• Good
  understanding of frontend state management, API integration, and form
  handling.
  

Backend:

• Strong
  hands-on experience with Node.js.
  
• Experience
  in developing and maintaining REST APIs.
  
• Good
  understanding of API design, authentication, authorization, validation,
  error handling, and middleware.
  
• Experience
  with backend debugging and troubleshooting.
  
• Understanding
  of application architecture and clean, maintainable code.
  

Database:

• Good
  knowledge of relational databases such as:
  
• MySQL
  
• PostgreSQL
  
• Ability
  to write and optimize SQL queries.
  
• Understanding
  of database relationships, indexing, transactions, and basic database
  design.
  
• ORM
  experience such as Sequelize/TypeORM/Prisma would be an advantage.
  

Testing & Debugging:

• Experience
  in writing unit tests.
  
• Understanding
  of E2E testing.
  
• Ability
  to debug frontend and backend issues independently.
  
• Good
  understanding of browser developer tools, logs, API debugging, and
  troubleshooting production issues.
  

Development & Engineering Skills:

• Good
  understanding of Git/GitHub and standard development workflows.
  
• Experience
  working with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  
• Ability
  to understand requirements and convert them into technical implementation.
  
• Good
  understanding of code review, coding standards, and maintainable code.
  
• Ability
  to work on existing codebases and troubleshoot/modify existing
  functionality.
  

AI-Assisted Development:

• Familiarity
  with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code,
  Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
  
• Should
  understand how to effectively use AI tools for code generation, debugging,
  code analysis, documentation, and development planning while being able to
  review and validate the generated code.

Key Requirement

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of
JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, UI development, REST API development, databases,
testing, and debugging, rather than being limited to only frontend or
backend development.
