Migration QA

Come up with test scenarios, approach on test data migration strategies and E2E approach. Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure data integrity, accuracy and completeness during migration. Work across multiple functional modules to understand data usage and implications for data migration. Identify, Document and track data quality issues and collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve them. Validate migrated data and functionality on new system, ensuring it meets business requirements and free from defects. Identify, report and track defects found during testing and collaborate with development teams to resolve them. 8-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years as Core Banking QA. Proven experience as a Quality Analyst in the banking sector. Along with exposure to multiple Test/QA tools being used. In-depth knowledge of Core Banking Transact and migration processes. Basic knowledge of APIs and Postman. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
