Job Description - MIS Anayslt

â Design, develop, and maintain MIS dashboards and periodic reports for
management and leadership.

â Independently identify key business KPIs and performance parameters based on
business objectives.

â Analyze data across departments (sales, operations, placements, marketing, finance
as required).

â Create automated and manual reports and submit insights directly to the CEO.

â Translate business requirements into data models, reports, and visualizations.

â Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.

â Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and improve
reporting frameworks.

â Support decision -making through trend analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting
inputs.

Requirements

Working experience with Tableau or Power BI or Zoho Analytics
Strong understanding of data structures, reporting logic, and dashboard design
principles.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, data cleaning).
Ability to understand business models and workflows quickly.
Strong judgment on what data matters and what should be reported
1–3 years of experience in an MIS / Data Analyst / Business Analyst role.
Prior experience working with leadership or CXO -level reporting is a plus.
