Role Overview

We are looking for a detail -oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our UK operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 1.3 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and must be comfortable working with international clients.

Strong English communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with UK stakeholders and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for UK operations
  

• Maintain dashboards and generate performance reports using Excel / Power BI
  

• Analyze operational data and present insights to management
  

• Coordinate with international clients for data requirements and reporting
  

• Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely report delivery
  

• Track KPIs and highlight performance gaps
  

• Support management with ad -hoc analysis and reporting
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1.3 years of experience as MIS Executive / Data Analyst
  

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
  

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI
  

• Experience handling international clients (preferably UK clients)
  

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  

• Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities
  

• Ability to work in UK shift timings
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO / International process
  

• Understanding of KPI tracking and performance management
  

• Exposure to CRM or reporting tools
