MIS Executive

Role Overview
Travelwings, a fast-growing travel and tourism brand, is dedicated to creating seamless travel experiences for our customers worldwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and maintain operational and performance data.
  

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and relevant departments.
  

• Handle DSR invoicing and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
  

• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  

• Generate dashboards, presentations, and ad-hoc reports as required.
  

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of reports.
  

• Coordinate with different departments (Operations, Finance and Marketing) for data requirements.
  

• Automate reporting processes where possible to increase efficiency.
  

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all organizational data.
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in MIS/ Reporting/ Data Analysis roles.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is a MUST.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Good communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
