Role Summary:
The MIS role for the Salesforce division is responsible for managing and analysing sales data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team and management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Detailed Responsibilities:
· Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
· Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor sales team KPIs and track progress against targets.
· Insights & Forecasting: Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and forecasting.
· Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline reporting processes and CRM usage.
· Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to company policies and data confidentiality standards.
Qualification (Minimum): Bachelorâs degree in any stream
Skills:
· Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
· Strong Excel and data visualization skills
· Attention to detail and analytical mindset
· Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Competencies Required:
· Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to support decision-making.

· Technical Proficiency: Strong command over Salesforce CRM and MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI.
