AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that solve complex business challenges. The role involves collecting, cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data to build high-quality datasets for model development. You will develop, train, and optimize forecasting, classification, optimization, and anomaly detection models while evaluating their performance using appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent frameworks is highly desirable. You will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and managing ML and GenAI solutions using ModelOps/MLOps best practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI systems.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, will be an added advantage. You will work closely with Kearney's domain experts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into AI-driven solutions, explain model outcomes, and continuously improve model performance. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential to deliver measurable business value through innovative AI and machine learning solutions.
