Job Description - (MMA) Assistant Manager- Sales Support


  • To Manage Procurement of Rates from Airlines / Agents and co-ordinate with all in concern for RFQ Submission.

  • To procure Rates & and accurately submission for Spot shipment Rate Enquiries

  • To support local call in customer enquiries and pass on to Sales Team.

  • To create a Customer code and setup a credit terms.

  • Managing internal & customer compliant relations to sales.

  • Customer call to generate sales and sales leads.

  • Support incoming salesleads to generate sales.

  • Close sales enquiries from local and overseas office.

  • To support assigned sales Personnel in generating quotation into the system for all the business closed.

  • To support to close the other location secured quotation in system

  • To Manage presentation materials for Sales Team.

  • To qualify all Sales Leads and market intelligence from Product Managers and promote to Sales Team.

  • Assist the DM in sales procurement.
