Job Summary:
The Site Measurement Executive is responsible for taking accurate measurements of spaces for the purpose of creating interior plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, as well as experience with sketchup or computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in civil, interior design or a related field
Proficiency in design software and technical tools, including Sketchup, Sketchup Layout, etc.
3+ years of experience in interior design
Experience of Modular Woodwork Concepts
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving both design and technical challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Visiting sites to take accurate measurements of the interior spaces as per the actual site conditions
Create interior layouts in 3D using Sketchup based on the exact site measurements
Communicate with architects, interior designers, and other members of the design team
Doing cross-measurement and pre-production checks for the designs as per the actual site condition
Ensuring that the designs proposed meets the execution feasibility criteria
Ensuring that all the notified processes and company standards are followed at all the stages of the project.
Ensure that site masking is done as per the finalized designs
Ensure that all measurements are accurate and up-to-date
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Work independently and as part of a team
