The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Develops detailed plans considering logistics and project constraints.
• Interfaces with project teams, contributing to progress reporting.
• Reviews and captures productivity to track performance.
• Communicates effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Embeds sustainable design and procurement in programmes.
• Integrates health and safety into project delivery.
• Establishes and oversees work plans and deadlines.
• Coordinates team activities, supporting net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in civil.
• Experience in the relevant field.
