Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our international voice support team at a leading Indian MNC in the IT and customer service domain. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer experiences to global clients through timely, accurate, and professional communication. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound international calls, resolve customer issues efficiently, and uphold high service quality standards in a dynamic, fast -paced environment. As a key contributor to our global support operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving service excellence across international markets.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues
• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and adherence to compliance and quality standards
• Maintain high service levels, including call handling time, first -call resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly
• Contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year and above of proven experience in international voice -based customer support
• Graduate degree in any discipline (required)
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency (mandatory)
• Strong communication, problem -solving, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate to Pune or Bangalore
• Ability to work effectively in a full -time, office -based environment
