Job Description - Mobiliser

Community Outreach
- Visit communities and meet residents, families, youth, women, or beneficiaries.
- Explain the organization’s programs and services.
- Build trust and maintain good relationships with the community.
Mobilizing People
- Encourage eligible people to participate in programs.
- Organize community meetings, awareness sessions, workshops, and events.
- Help form groups such as youth groups, women’s groups, or self-help groups.
Awareness & Information Sharing
- Spread awareness about government schemes, education, healthcare, employment, or other project activities.
- Distribute information and explain eligibility and procedures.
Beneficiary Identification
- Identify and register potential beneficiaries.
- Collect basic information and verify details according to project requirements.
Field Visits & Follow-up
- Conduct regular field visits.
- Follow up with beneficiaries to check their participation and progress.
- Identify problems and report them to supervisors.
Coordination
- Coordinate with community leaders, local authorities, schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Support project staff during field activities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain attendance sheets, beneficiary records, and activity registers.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly field reports.
- Record photographs and other supporting documents when required.
Feedback & Problem Solving
- Collect feedback from community members.
- Identify challenges faced by beneficiaries.
- Communicate issues to the project team and help find solutions
