Job Description - Mobilizer

Mobilization will be responsible for ensuring the timely identification, enrolment, and mobilization of eligible Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) into APD’s Livelihood Programs. The role involves extensive networking with community stakeholders, government officials, NGOs, institutions, special schools, and grassroots workers to meet mobilization targets. The Mobilizer will also conduct field visits, awareness sessions, and beneficiary assessments to ensure the right candidates are enrolled. Accurate documentation,

reporting, and follow -up will be integral responsibilities of this role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

ï· Develop and maintain networks with government officials, Disabled Welfare Officers,

Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers, Panchayat leaders, NGOs, institutions, and

special schools for beneficiary identification.

ï· Mobilize and ensure the required number of eligible PwDs are enrolled into training

and livelihood programs.

ï· Conduct outreach activities, awareness sessions, and community meetings to

promote APD’s programs.

ï· Carry out beneficiary screening, home visits, and assessments as per program

criteria.

ï· Ensure mobilization is completed within timelines to meet program and placement

targets.

Maintain detailed documentation of mobilization activities, including beneficiary

data and field reports.

ï· Coordinate with trainers and program staff to align mobilization with training

schedules.

ï· Support operations and placement teams by ensuring a steady flow of candidates as

per program requirements.

ï· Prepare timely mobilization reports and dashboards for review.

ï· Support community events, job fairs, audits, and partner visits when required.
