As a Module Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end module development, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, code reviews, and solution optimization to deliver a robust user experience in line with modern engineering standards. In this role, you will drive the development of sophisticated web applications using Angular with reactive state management (NgRx/RxJS) and backend services built on .NET and ASP.NET Core. You will also play a key role in implementing and managing Micro Frontend (MFE) structures to enhance application scalability and modularity. Your leadership will help shape development strategies, support continuous improvement, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead module-level architecture design and development using .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, and MFE principles.
• Frontend Development: Build responsive, high-performance UI components using Angular, TypeScript, NgRx for state management, and RxJS for reactive programming.
• Backend Services: Develop, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET/ASP.NET Core.
• Micro Frontend Architecture: Design and implement MFE-based structures to enable scalable, modular, and maintainable applications.
• Code Quality & Review: Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, performance optimization, and security guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality modules within defined timelines.
• Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend, and implement efficient solutions.
• Mentoring: Guide and mentor team members, provide technical coaching, and support their professional growth.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for modules, architecture, and APIs.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve application performance and development efficiency.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose scalable and effective solutions.
