Designation : Manager - B2B Sales (Auto)

Location : Chennai (Guindy)

Role Objective : We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to drive Enterprise Sales and build a healthy customer base through her/his consultative sales skills. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization. The role requires detailed understanding of vendor selection and qualification process in automotive industry.

Role Responsibilities :

- Get relevant automotive customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.

- Create customer specific solutions and pitch by understanding requirements through continued interaction

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in Share of business.

- Ensure account stabilization and further growth.

Qualification & Experience:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in P&L management/Enterprise sales in B2B/Automotive space

- Exposure to consultative sales to enterprises is must.
