Job Description - Monitoring Management

1. Daily OS level alert monitoring for Linux & Windows.

2. Server Monitoring using BSE provided tools like SolarWinds & KIWI.

3. Coordination & communication with L2 & L3 support for escalation

4. Coordinating with different lines of services.

5. Daily checking of monitoring & alerting systems.

6. Provide periodic reports- Nagios dashboard status, critical alerts, etc.

7. Review of Threshold with Infra/App/DB/Business owners.

8. Ensure Coverage of Critical infra under Monitoring with key critical KPI indicator.

Technical Skills/Knowledge Requirement

1) SolarWinds tool dashboard monitoring alert and communicate on mail to application /infra

team.(Must)

2) Capacity Report to be prepared daily/weekly/monthly (Must)

3) Ensure server availability (Must)
