Position - Mortgage Banking Analyst

Location - Hyderabad

Department - GPO REAP

 Eligibility Criteria:

• Out of QC for the primary product


• Applicant must in the role of Senior Analyst or Above and no tenure restrictions.


• Has achieved an overall performance rating of “Meets” or higher for at least nine (9) of the last twelve (12) months

Orientation:  Wednesday, May 13,2026 - Day Shift: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM and Split/Night/Sunrise Shift: 10:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Please refer to the IJP notification email for meeting link/ meeting room)      

 The Opportunity

Global Production Operations (GPO) – Teams in GPO conduct research and analysis of properties financial statements, social and economic drivers, and ownership structure to determine the value of the asset and potential loan value for various lending options.

• Work with the team in US and build rapport


• Prepare and deliver process specific output and meet the operational targets set for the team.


• Maintain high quality standards in the output as defined by the process and customer requirements.


• Adhere to the learning curve timelines for industry and process knowledge requirements.


• Complete required process trainings.


• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Your Qualification (Selection Criteria)

            Education:

• Any bachelor’s degree


• Preferably Post Graduate degree including MBA/PGDBM 

Competencies & Functional Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documentation and to draw meaningful conclusions from multiple sets of information and instil it into actionable insights is crucial


• Ability to interpret data accurately, identify patterns and issues, evaluate information critically, and apply logical reasoning to support effective decision-making and problem-solving


• Preferably out of QC on one of the GPO products


• Must have excellent written and oral American English communications skills and good at stakeholder management


• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word skills


• A highly proactive approach and a client centric mindset is required to be successful in the role as are strong time management skills


• Additional hours or days may be required to meet business needs and deadlines.


• Should have the ability to identify and prioritize work based on criticality
