What you'll do:

• 
  

  Motion Design & Animation: Design and animate motion assets across various platforms (brand identity, UI/UX, social, content, presentations, environmental) by translating brand strategy and visual identity into compelling motion systems and stories. This includes animating logos, typography, iconography, and visual language elements.

  Production & Delivery: Develop storyboards, prototypes, and final animation deliverables. Execute basic video editing and sound design to support branded content. Package and deliver motion guidelines, toolkits, and templates to clients.

  Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate with designers, strategists, and technologists to evolve ideas from static to dynamic. Participate in internal reviews and contribute to shaping a shared creative vision.

  
  


• 
  

  Brand Storytelling: Translate brand strategy and visual identity into compelling motion systems and stories.

  
  

What you'll need:

• 
  

  Core Motion Design Expertise: Multiple years of experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling (agency preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing brand-related motion work. Demonstrated understanding of animation principles, transitions, easing, and timing. Attention to detail in type, layout, and movement.

  
  


• 
  

  Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Ability to edit short-form video and apply basic sound design (music, VO syncing, sound effects). Comfortable working across formats (social, digital, video, environmental).

  Brand & Identity Focus: Experience animating identity systems and visual language for brands.

  
  


• 
  

  Bonus Skills & Emerging Tech: Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift), prototyping tools (Rive, Lottie), Figma/UI/UX workflows, After Effects expressions/scripting (p5js), and interest in emerging motion/interactive technologies.
