Roles and responsibilities:

● Develop and execute motion design ideas that exceed the expectations of creative briefs.

● Be well versed and confident in all aspects of the design process, from conception to delivery.

● Champion the highest standards of motion design, adding a creative flair across all jobs.

● Build a deep understanding of our clients, their needs, their audience, and the nuances that make them who they are.

Knowledge, skills and attributes:

● Experience in an agency/in-house environment as a motion designer.

● Strong conceptual thinking balanced with a brilliantly organised approach.

● Excellent motion design and visualisation skills.

● Up-to-date with digital, mobile and social trends.

● Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, with a proficiency in After Effects.

● Ability to add some ‘sparkle’ to projects, taking great design and ideas to another level.

● Enjoy working individually and as part of a team.

● Bags of enthusiasm and confidence.

● Have a memorable portfolio, packed with your best work.

● Have the maturity to manage your workflow.
