We are seeking a highly creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphic Designer with a strong passion for visual storytelling and video editing. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher or someone starting their career to work on diverse multimedia content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related tools. You will be responsible for producing engaging motion graphics and videos that communicate our brand’s message effectively across platforms.

Whether it’s for marketing, social media, product explainers, or internal communication, your work will play a crucial role in how our audience experiences our brand visually.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Design and create motion graphic animations and explainer videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Edit raw footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics and storytelling.
• Work on multiple video formats, including digital, web, and social platforms.

🔹 Visual Storytelling

• Translate concepts and scripts into compelling visual narratives.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging across all video content.
• Support the marketing and content teams with creative video content ideas.

🔹 Content Adaptation

• Repurpose and resize content for multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Optimize content for various screen resolutions and devices.
• Export, compress, and upload videos as per the platform’s requirements.

🔹 Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, content writers, marketing teams, and creative leads.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input during creative development.
• Manage feedback loops to iterate and improve deliverables in a timely manner.

🔹 File Management & Organization

• Maintain organized file systems for assets, projects, and video libraries.
• Ensure backups and version control are maintained for all creative work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition is a plus.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take direction, handle feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Degree or diploma in animation, visual communication, multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion graphic work is highly desirable.
