ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer who brings a strong balance of conceptual thinking and hands-on execution to the Marketing team.
This role goes beyond execution - you will be responsible for shaping creative direction, developing ideas, and delivering high-quality motion assets across campaigns. At the same time, you should be equally comfortable getting into execution and driving projects end-to-end.
A critical success factor is the ability to operate at speed - delivering within tight turnaround timelines (TAT) while maintaining creative integrity, storytelling quality, and brand consistency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Thinking & Concept Development
● Translate marketing briefs into strong, insight-led creative concepts
● Contribute actively to campaign ideation and visual storytelling
● Bring fresh, platform-relevant ideas that elevate brand communication
Motion Design & Execution
● Own end-to-end creation of motion graphics, videos, and digital assets
● Deliver across formats: performance marketing, social, brand campaigns, and internal content
● Maintain high standards in animation, design, and storytelling
Speed & TAT Excellence
● Deliver high-quality outputs within aggressive timelines
● Handle multiple parallel workstreams with strong prioritisation
● Minimise revision cycles through strong first-time-right output
Marketing Collaboration
● Work directly with marketing, content, and performance teams
● Ensure creative outputs are aligned with campaign objectives and business goals
● Act as a creative partner, not just a delivery function

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
● 8–10+ years in motion graphics / animation / visual storytelling
● Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and execution
● Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro (3D tools like Cinema 4D / Blender are a plus)
● Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, and design systems
● Experience in fast-paced, marketing-led environments
