Motion Graphics Designer

About This Role

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer who can bring our brand stories to life through dynamic visual storytelling. You will play a key role in shaping how Cialfo communicates across digital channels by creating engaging motion-led creative assets that elevate campaigns, product narratives, and brand presence.

Your work will directly reach millions of students, counselors, educators, and institutions globally, and you will own the motion expression of Cialfo’s brand across marketing channels — from performance campaigns to product explainers and event experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics and animated assets for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and events.


• Develop animated explainers, promotional videos, performance ads, and branded content.


• Translate static designs into engaging motion assets while maintaining brand consistency.


• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring campaign ideas to life.


• Create animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and motion systems aligned to brand guidelines.


• Ensure consistency in visual storytelling across all touchpoints.


• Optimize motion assets for multiple platforms and formats (social, web, email, paid media, events).


• Incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity and timelines.

About You

• Qualifications
  
  
  
  • A degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  
  
  
  


• Experience
  
  
  
  • 5–7 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house creative environment.
  
  
  • Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing motion-led campaigns, animated explainers, and digital-first content.
  
  
  • Experience working on performance marketing creatives and social-first motion formats.
  
  
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaign rollouts.

  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  
  
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.

  • Curious and adaptable to emerging creative and AI-assisted tools.
  
  
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly or similar).
