We seek a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong experience in Azure integration and API development to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Dataverse, Azure integration services, and API-driven architectures to build scalable enterprise applications. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, integration with external systems, and API-based services within Azure. Experience working with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs will be critical for this role. The candidate should also have experience designing and consuming APIs, working with Web API, authentication, and integration patterns, and be comfortable debugging and testing APIs using tools like Postman. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to understand requirements and ask questions to clarify them. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team and be committed to delivering high quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business functional and non-functional requirements.


• Participate and contribute to various agile ceremonies.


• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on business needs.


• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom integrations within Dynamics 365.


• Design and implement REST APIs and Azure-based integration services.


• Build integration solutions connecting Dynamics 365 with external enterprise systems.


• Develop and maintain Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus integrations.


• Work with Web API and Data services to retrieve and manipulate data.


• Ensure secure authentication and authorization using Azure AD and OAuth standards.


• Validate application functionality, performance, and security.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.


• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Microsoft best practices.


• Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, APIs, and Dynamics platform components.


• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 / CRM Developer.


• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM customization and configuration.


• Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and extensions using C# and .NET.


• Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs and Web APIs.


• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications using Azure services.


• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.


• Strong understanding of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Web API / OData services.


• Experience implementing integration patterns and microservices based architectures.


• Working knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and Visual Studio development environment.


• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for APIs and integrations.


• Experience working with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and Azure AD.


• Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for API testing.


• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Nice to Have Requirements:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).


• Experience with Azure API Management and Event Grid


• Experience working with Docker or container-based deployments.


• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices within Azure DevOps.


• Experience working with Dataverse custom connectors and integrations.


• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven integration patterns.


• Experience working with enterprise integration platforms or middleware.
