Role Summary
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Lead who can drive end -to -end solution design,
provide functional and technical leadership, and actively contribute to development when
required. The role demands strong architecture understanding combined with hands -on
execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
â Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations
and enhancements.
â Conduct requirement workshops, fit -gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
â Provide functional guidance across Sales & Customer Service modules.
â Contribute hands -on to development, including:
â Plugins, workflows, custom APIs
â Server -side customizations using C# / .NET
â Client -side scripting using JavaScript
â Architect and oversee integrations via REST APIs and Azure services.
â Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices.
â Mentor and guide functional and technical team members.
â Drive deployment strategy, DevOps alignment, and environment governance.
â Support estimations, solutioning, and stakeholder management.
Required Expertise
â 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
â Strong expertise in customization, extensions, integrations, and solution architecture.
â Hands -on experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs.
â Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services.
â Exposure to CI/CD tools and source control (Git).
â Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
â Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
â Experience in enterprise -scale implementations.
â BFSI domain exposure preferred.
Ideal Profile: A senior professional who can lead teams functionally and technically while
remaining comfortable contributing individually to complex development and architectural
decisions.
