Those in cloud operations at PwC will focus on managing and optimising cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems.

# Job Description: End User Services (Email) Support Engineer (6-9 Years)
**Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad
**Work Schedule:** 24/7 Support (Shift-based) with 5 days’ work from office
**Experience:** 6-9 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Experts on Messaging platform including Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive etc.
- In depth understanding of the capabilities of MS Office 365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues related to Office 365 user sync, authentication, Single Sign-On, and mobile device enrollments.
- Responsible to manage large and distributed Active Directory environment
- Well versed with security aspects and maintain system security as per industry standards.
- Strong shell scripting (PowerShell, SQL, VB…)
- Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Work with third-party vendors / professional services and in-house developers as necessary
- Compose and compile thorough documentation to enable ongoing administration and support of their respective systems and applications.
- Strong ITIL process knowledge
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CMDB, Configuration Repositories, and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
- 5 days working from office with shift flexibility to support 24/7 client environment.
