Join our Team About this opportunity MS Processes Consultant (Business Process Management Architect) is responsible for Process Modelling, Development, Deployment, Maintenance, and support during Audits. And developing Process mining models using ARIS PPM, Aris Aware, Aris Connect. What you will do 1\. Work in DevOps fashion - responsible for Developing, deploying, and maintaining ARIS and Process mining capabilities. 2\. Work closely with Business to present new developed solutions on Process Mining and ARIS Dashboarding. 3\. ARIS Process Repository Management - Tenant setup and configuration of process space for organization to understand and use the documented Processes. 4\. Administration of ARIS Portal and PPM to manage overall lifecycle of developed and deployed capabilities on ARIS, including - SAML/OAuth integration, LDAP config, SSL Config, SSO setup, etc. 5\. Study, train and interact continuously with local stakeholders to develop/customize a Process capability that brings high business impact/benefit. 6\. Work closely with the internal teams to understand the scope to offer and quote appropriate set of processes and execution model. 7\. Pave a path for effective execution of process customization, configuration, and implementation. Thereafter, monitor and communicate process deployment milestones. 8\. Ensure perfect transfer of process from deployment to ‘service delivery' without leaving space for uncertainty. 9\. Develop and setup Process Mining capability - which includes data identification, extraction, transformation and data cleansing to feed process mining analysis. This will include managing data sets from various data sources which are internal/external to the platform environment. You will bring Minimum 8 years of experience in Process Modelling system - ARIS. Process development and modelling based on BPMN, EPC, etc. Expertise and Hands-on knowledge on ARIS Architect, Aris Connect, ARIS Aware components of ARIS Software Expertise and Hands-on knowledge on ARIS-PPM (or similar - Celonis/QPR expertise). Must have worked on PPM GUI and Customized Toolkit (CTK). Advanced Knowledge on handling SQL/Postgres/MS SQL Database tables and query development. Prior experience in Vendor Interaction (with SoftwareAG) is added advantage. Stronghold on Data Management, Analytics and Model Development. Mentoring and coaching process groups Excellent reporting and presentation skills through MS Excel and MS PowerPoint! Very detailed Verbal/Writing/documentation and e-mailing skills.
