Mulesoft Application Support

Perform deep root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Troubleshoot complex issues related to: Mule flows and orchestration DataWeave transformations API performance and scalability JVM, memory, and threading issues Guide and mentor L1/L2 teams during critical incidents. Development & Enhancements Perform code-level fixes and enhancements in MuleSoft applications. Design and develop: Mule 4 flows and subflows DataWeave scripts Error handling and retry mechanisms Support enhancement requests, change requirements, and continuous improvements. Participate in design reviews and impact analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IDP issues such as: OCR accuracy problems Classification and extraction model failures Performance and scalability challenges Enhance and tune IDP workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency. Support integration of IDP with downstream banking systems. Experience with performance tuning, log analysis, and troubleshooting production issues. Good understanding of Linux/Unix, networking, and JVM concepts. Process & Soft Skills Strong understanding of ITIL processes. Ability to handle P1/P2 incidents in high-pressure environments. Ability to mentor junior engineers. Operational Requirement This role requires readiness to provide 24x7 production support from the Noida ODC. Support will be rotational, including weekends, based on operational needs. Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support is mandatory.
