Mulesoft Lead

We are seeking a seasoned MuleSoft Lead Developer with 8+ years of IT experience and at least 4+ years of strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in API-led architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and managing a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  

• Architect solutions for complex integration problems and ensure best practices are followed
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and QA teams
  

• Define standards and governance for API lifecycle management
  

• Review and guide the team’s code and design for optimal performance and security
  

• Participate in client discussions, requirements gathering, and solution presentations
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
  

• Mentor and guide junior MuleSoft developers
  

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in MuleSoft
  

• Hands-on experience in Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and API Designer
  

• Proficient in building RESTful and SOAP APIs, and integrating with databases, ERP, SaaS apps, etc.
  

• Strong understanding of RAML, API Policies, security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
  

• Solid experience in CI/CD tools, Git, and MUnit testing
  

• Good knowledge of CloudHub, Runtime Fabric (RTF), and on-premises deployments
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect
  

• Experience with DevOps tools and deployment automation
  

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  

• Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver under pressure
  

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
