Mumbai-Business Development Executive-Corporate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads for the Inside Sales team across the Mumbai region through market research, database building, cold calling, and networking.
• Leverage LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and NeverBounce for prospect identification and lead generation.
• Conduct market research, account mapping, and account penetration to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Identify, research, profile, and qualify prospects to generate sales opportunities and appointments for the sales team.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, prospect details, follow-up activities, and calling records.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting.
• Support inbound and outbound sales and marketing initiatives to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with regional sales representatives to transition qualified leads and facilitate further engagement.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly and monthly sales meetings to review targets, opportunities, and performance.

• Understand multiple service offerings and manage prospecting activities across different client requirements.

   

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, business development, or sales prospecting.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
• Good understanding of lead generation tools such as Lusha and NeverBounce.
• Strong skills in market research, database building, account mapping, networking, and cold calling.
• Proven track record in lead generation, prospect qualification, and appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask across multiple offerings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for database management and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software testing or IT services is preferred.
