• Provide technical and functional support for the Murex trading platform (Murex 3.x).

• Resolve incidents and manage system configurations across front-to-back office functions.

• Collaborate with traders, risk teams, and IT departments to ensure smooth trade lifecycle operations.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and operational risk.

• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and environment validation activities.

• Work with MxML, Datamart, workflows, and other Murex components for configuration and support.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and support documentation standards.

• Prior experience in Murex support within a financial institution is highly desirable.
