Mutual Fund Operations - Navi Mumbai

• Assist for onboarding individual, corporate, or minor investment accounts on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)
  
• Execute orders such as systematic investment plans (SIP), systematic withdrawal plans (SWP), systematic transfer plans (STP), redemptions, dividends and switches for mutual fund clients.
  
• Prepare and send periodic performance and other relevant reports to clients
  
• Reconcile accounts and portfolios on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  
• Conduct thorough research of various mutual funds to provide informed recommendations to clients
  
• Manage and operate multiple popular mutual fund trading platforms, including BSE STAR MF, IFA Planet, ICICI Prudential Technology, and FundzBazar.
  
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and other regulatory bodies.
  
• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries regarding their investments and account-related matters
  

Requirements

• Economics / Management / Finance graduate or postgraduate
  
• Candidates having NISM-Series-V certification are preferred but not mandatory.
  

• 2-4 years of experience and knowledge about various mutual funds
  
• Good with numbers
  
• Good Excel/spreadsheet and other data analytical tools
  
• Clarity in financial concepts
  
• Ability to read and comprehend financial statements and reports
  
• Ability to ask pertinent questions
  
• Attention to details
  
• Communication Skills – Written and Verbal
  
  
• Office Hours: 9 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Friday
