Job Description - National Sales Manager

They are rated as a Category Leader in the e-Municipality segment of India with over 1500+ Municipal Bodies as its customers spread across various states. domain expertise, SAP HANA, 5D BIM, Mobility, Cloud are some of our core areas.

    Job Description

    Achieve top and bottom-line targets with the help of team and industry relationships.

     Project accurate business forecast.

     Build & maintain a robust pipeline/funnel to achieve business targets.

     Collections as per company norms & as per milestones agreed with the customer.

     Reporting to shareholders on a periodic basis.

     Conduct marketing activities like product presentations, demos, participation in seminars etc.

     Preparation & submission of tender documents

     Complete coverage of territory/geography/market on a periodic basis.

     Manage customer/ client relationships through all the phases of the sales cycle.

     Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.

     Conduct one-on-one & group sales presentations

    The Successful Applicant

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and MBA in Sales/Marketing from a reputed B-School.
    * Should have experience of 20 years in sales to key accounts in the Information Technology industry from reputed organizations out of which the most recent 10-12 years should be in software services and software ERPs/COTs in the eGoverance domain. Business Development experience in manpower/staff augmentation would be an added advantage.
    * Must have experience in CXO level (IAS in Govt) interactions.
    * Previous experience of handling end-user Govt sales pan India with a team size of 10 to 15.
    * Should have carried profit /bottom-line targets in recent years. Experience in handling P and L would be an added advantage.
    * Experience in handling institutional Govt. clients such as State Govt. Dept., Central Govt. Dept and PSUs etc.
    * Experience of handling the complete life cycle of large 2-3 envelopes RFPs.
    * Prior Hands-on sales experience and current team handling experience with team target achievements.
