Position Overview:

We are looking for National Sales Manager-Apple who will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Apple products and solutions in the B2B market by developing sales strategies, managing key customer and Apple stakeholder relationships, and promoting Apple sales programs. This role collaborates across teams, leads business reviews, maintains pipeline visibility, and delivers tailored Apple solutions that enhance customer success and business growth.

What you’ll do as the National Sales Manager-Apple:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Apple products and solutions in the B2B space.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and guidance on Apple products, pricing, availability, and compatibility.
• Channel manager and Apple stakeholders to provide updates related to overall sales and pipeline including performance in various Apple Sales programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their needs and proposing tailored Apple solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Apple products, effectively addressing customers’ inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and operations across India, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of Apple solutions to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple technologies, product launches, and industry trends, maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management, including sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand ZONES' presence and generate leads.
• Lead the Quarterly Business Review.
• Champion the various Apple Sales Programs within ZONES.

What you will bring to the team:

• Must have 3 years of experience in leading Sales team.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, with a focus on Apple products and solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Apple technology, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and related software and services.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels of an organization.
• Strong commercial competencies and experiences.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering a positive client experience.
• Flexibility in accommodating Apple’s channel partner’s demands.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipeline, and generate reports.
• Ability to be a quick learner and be good at multi-tasking.
