1. Branch Manager

Â· In charge of the entire
branch sales, operations and administration

Â· Responsible for revenue
generation and profitability of the branch.

Â· Ensure branch achieve the
targets, motivate and guide the team.

Â· New to branch
customer acquisition, building the Asset under management of the branch,
driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products.

Â· Key custodian, ensure
quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.

Â· Conduct marketing and GTM
activities along with team to garner market share.

Â· Market scoping, understand
the trends in the market and act accordingly

Requirements:

Candidates with 4 -8 years of NBFC/BFSI experience.

Knowledge of Current Affairsand NBFCs.

Candidates should be willing to relocate if required

Experience in gold loan is mandatory

2. Assistant Branch Head

Â· Sourcing of new customers to
maximise Gold Loan Business.

Â· Cross Sell of Debentures,
Insurance, tour and travel products.

Â· GO To Market Activities.

Â· Cash Management &
Accounting

Â· Gold Appraisal.

Â· Interest Collection.

Â· Customer Relationship,
follow up, maintenance of reports & registers

Â· In charge of the entire
branch sales, operations and administration in Absence of BH/BM

Â· Ensure branch achieve the
targets, motivate and guide the team.

Â· 2^nd Key
custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.

Co -ordinate in
marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.

Requirements:

Candidates with 3 -5 years of NBFC/BFSI experience.

Knowledge of Current Affairsand NBFCs.

Candidates should be willing to relocate if required

Experience in gold loan is mandatory
