.NET Developer – Job Description

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications using Microsoft technologies. The candidate should have experience in developing web applications, APIs, and backend services using the .NET framework.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
  
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  
• Develop REST APIs and web services.
  
• Work with databases such as SQL Server.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and development.
  
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/.NET Framework
  
• Experience with MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework
  
• Good understanding of SQL Server
  
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
  
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud services
  
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
  
• Familiarity with Angular or React is an added advantage
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  

Experience

• 3–12 years of experience in .NET development
