The role  

As a .Net - Associate Technical Architect, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 8+ of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Define microservices architecture around Sitecore XP (service boundaries, integration patterns, API contracts). Lead Algolia migration design: indexing strategy, data pipelines, relevance tuning, cutover/rollback. Produce solution designs, ADRs and estimates. 

• Delivery & Leadership: Build and review code in .NET 8/10 and C#; set engineering standards; mentor developers; drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted coding (Cursor / Claude Code) with client-data and security guardrails. 

• Cloud & DevOps: Implement Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage and Azure SQL; own CI/CD in Azure DevOps; apply least-privilege access, secrets management and observability. 

• Quality & Governance: Define test strategy (unit, integration, API) with NUnit/xUnit and Postman; ensure documented APIs; flag technical risks and dependencies early to PM and stakeholders. 

• Stakeholder & Presales: Communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders; support solutioning, estimation and client discussions. 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Hands-on Tech Lead / Associate Architect to lead design and delivery of .NET microservices on an Azure platform currently running on Sitecore XP.


• You will own technical direction for the squad, ensure quality, security and predictable delivery, and work closely with the Project Manager, client stakeholders and the DXP practice. 

Nice to have qualifications  

• PIM systems experience 

       •  Swagger / OpenAPI 

      •  Algolia (or Solr / Azure Search) 

      •  Sitecore XP 9 or 10
