Job Overview:

Talpro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated offshore resource for a short-term engagement (3 months) to assist in enhancing and updating the Accounts Receivable System to ensure SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance. The role requires deep expertise in .NET development and BizTalk integration, with a strong focus on system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper documentation and audit trails to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand the current state of the Accounts Receivable System and its gaps related to SOX compliance.
  

• Implement changes to the system, including code modifications, enhancements, and testing to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
  

• Work with the internal teams to identify and document processes, workflows, and control mechanisms related to Accounts Receivable.
  

• Develop and maintain BizTalk integrations that interface with other systems to streamline data flow and improve process accuracy.
  

• Ensure that all changes made to the system are properly documented and meet SOX audit requirements.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  

• Communicate regularly with the internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress, challenges, and deliverables.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework for system enhancements, development, and debugging.
  

• Experience with BizTalk Server for integration and data flow management between disparate systems.
  

• Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance standards and best practices.
  

• Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code with emphasis on security and auditability.
  

Experience:

• At least 5 years + of experience in .NET development and BizTalk integrations.
  

• Previous experience working on financial systems or Accounts Receivable solutions, especially in a regulated environment.
  

• Experience in SOX compliance-related tasks, such as ensuring controls, documentation, and auditability of changes.
