Role Overview:

You will work within a platform team (10 – 14) people, responsible for new enhancement development and testing and supporting the business. Work on a number of different applications migrating legacy systems to new technology, new learnings happen every day.You will develop and maintain functional, scalable, and innovative applications that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high quality software solutions:

1. Be responsible for the development and technical quality of applications, platforms and related integrations.

2. Understand, comply with, and contribute to development best practices

3. Review and improve code quality

4. Diagnose and resolve system problems

Engage in the agile process:

1. Engage with, review and contribute to the continuous improvement of the refinement process

2. Proactively identify areas of risk and improvement and proactively seek resolution

3. Effectively communicate task progress and difficulties to people in both technical and everyman terms

4. Provide size estimates for tasks where required

Be collaborative and supportive in the team:

1. Build strong working relationships with other team members, particularly BAs, Developers and Testers

2. Work with guidance from Senior Developers and Technical Leads

3. Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders when required

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• At least 6 years as a .NET Full Stack Developer(Demonstrable) technical experience: ASP.NET, .NET 4.0 or above, .NET Core 3.x, WinForms (nice to have), Microsoft SQL Server
• Demonstrated experience with Azure Cloud Services like: Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hubs, APIs, Microservices
• Azure SQL would be advantageous
