About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a solid foundation in software development, and is excited about leveraging AI-native tools to accelerate their growth.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of strong professional experience of C# / .NET development.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and version control (Git)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and adopt AI-native tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
• Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted coding and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD concepts
• Familiarity with database such as SQL Server.

Qualifications & Education

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related STEM discipline
• Strong academic grounding in core CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, software design, and systems programming
• Demonstrable programming ability in at least one language (e.g. Python, Java, C#, or similar)

Nice to Have

• Awareness of MCP (Model Context Protocol) server architecture or similar AI integration patterns
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with messaging middleware or connectivity technologies
