Experience in SQL

Understanding of Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

Proactively monitor alerts and system performance for issues.

Create or maintain operational runbooks.

Ensure activities in the shift are completed within SLA

Ensure proper takeover and handover of activities across shifts

Articulates and drives discussions within the shift for problems and possible solution
