Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional or technical requirements.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, reliable, and business-aligned technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, product, operations, and business functions.
• Support projects through planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-delivery activities.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential delivery challenges and support appropriate mitigation.
• Develop and maintain project, functional, technical, and process documentation as required.
• Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of functional, technical, or process-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry practices that can improve business outcomes.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements and business objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of modern technology and delivery practices.
• Ensure solutions and deliverables align with organizational standards, security requirements, and quality expectations.
