.Net Fullstack Technical Lead

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust web applications using the .NET framework and modern front-end technologies. This role is crucial for driving technical excellence and ensuring seamless project execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the .NET framework and .NET Core, focusing on full-stack development.


• Utilize front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React with a preference for React, alongside complementary technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.


• Create and manage complex SQL Server stored procedures, views, functions, and tables.


• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.


• Implement design patterns, optimize code, and enhance performance.


• Utilize code repositories such as GitHub and TFS effectively.


• Integrate code into CI/CD pipelines and leverage Azure functions and App services.


• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and address QA-raised defects efficiently.


• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and offshore-onsite teams to ensure successful project delivery.


• Document technical specifications and create presentations as needed.


• Support deployment stages and coordinate with relevant teams.


• Communicate complex technical specifications clearly and work towards achieving best-in-class results.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in .NET full stack development, including .NET Core and MVC.


• Strong proficiency with React and at least one other front-end framework (Vue.js or Angular).


• Advanced SQL Server skills and experience in creating complex database components.


• Experience with RESTful API development and third-party API integration.


• Knowledge of design patterns, code optimization, and performance tuning.


• Experience with code repositories like GitHub and TFS.


• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure functions, and app services.


• Proficiency in unit testing with tools such as NUnit, XUnit, or MSTest.


• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team on complex projects with tight timelines.


• Financial industry experience is a plus.


• 9+ years relevant experience
