Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and successful project delivery

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET 8/.NET 10, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Entity Framework CoreBuild and maintain modern web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Tailwind CSSDesign and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, including query tuning, indexing, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization.Develop and support microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.Design and implement secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS .Work with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, SES, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, and EKS with Fargate.Perform code reviews, technical assessments, debugging, root cause analysis, and production support activities.Collaborate with QA, architects, onshore teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Manage sprint planning, effort estimation, prioritization, risk management, and release planning.Support CI/CD implementation and release management using Azure DevOps (ADO).Drive adoption of engineering best practices, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processesLeverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code qualityRequired Skills Strong expertise in .NET 8/.NET 10, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Entity Framework CoreHands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, query optimization, performance tuning, stored procedures, and indexing Strong frontend development experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.Experience designing and implementing microservices architecturesStrong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, SES, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, and EKS.Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsGood to Have AWS or Azure certification.
