Job Description - NetSuite Technical Lead

Team Lead â NetSuite (Technical /Development)

â
minimum 4.5+ Years of NetSuite Development experience such as Suite Script, Suite Talk, Suite let, Restlet etc.
Responsibilities Include Resource management, Project delivery and handling Team .Should document and track all relevant project aspects.
Should have good interpersonal skills for co-ordination between cross functional teams.
Should have experience in end to end NetSuite ERP Development /Customizations projects
Experience in providing Cost and Time Estimations for a development Scope.
Experience in Preparation of Customizations/ Development execution plan and its implementation.
Experience in NetSuite Integrations.
Experience in Open Air development will be an advantage.

Requirements

Experience within NetSuite- Suite Script 1.0 & 2.0, Suite flow, Suite Talk, Suite Analytics, Suite Adaptor.

Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate most complex requirements.

Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.

Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with a new process to determine configuration requirements.

Build, develop and test detailed scripted customized solutions and prototypes

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Eagerness to mentor junior staffs.

Team Handling Skills

Meeting of Project Deadlines.

Qualification / Skills:

â¢ At least 4.5+ years of experience in Suite Script 1.0, 2.0

â¢ Expertise in NetSuite ERP modules.

â¢ Extensive experience in NetSuite's ERP architecture (Suite Builder, Suite Script, Suite Bundler, etc.)

â¢ NetSuite integrations experience is must.

Preferred:

â¢ NetSuite integrations and customizations

â¢ Certified NetSuite Professional

â¢ Experience in Open-Air development will be an advantage

â¢ Full life cycle NetSuite implementations

â¢ Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

â¢ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

â¢ Bachelor's or Advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related fields

â¢ Previous Experience as a Team Lead.

NOTES: Office base location is in Pune. But we are fine with candidates from any locations in India. Work from home flexibility.
