Job Description: NetSuite Techno -Functional Consultant (3+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven NetSuite Techno -Functional Consultant with over 3 years of hands -on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring it aligns perfectly with business operations while writing clean code (SuiteScript) to extend its capabilities.

The ideal candidate is someone who can speak the language of finance and operations as fluently as they write JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution (SuiteCloud Developer)

• Custom Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x/2.1) including Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, and Suitelets.
  

• Integrations: Build and maintain robust integrations between NetSuite and third -party systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, 3PL, Banks) using RESTlets, SOAP/REST APIs, or iPaaS tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi).
  

• Data Management: Create advanced saved searches, financial reports, KPIs, and complex dashboards. Handle data migrations, imports, and mass updates using CSV tools.
  

Functional Consulting & Business Analysis

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical blueprints.
  

• System Configuration: Configure NetSuite modules to support business processes, including core financials (GL, AP, AR), Order -to -Cash (O2C), Procure -to -Pay (P2P), and Inventory Management.
  

• Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated business processes using NetSuite SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager).
  

Support & Optimization

• Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 2/3 support resource for system errors, script failures, and integration bottlenecks.
  

• Release Management: Assist in the testing and deployment of NetSuite bi -annual upgrades, ensuring custom scripts and integrations remain unaffected.
  

Qualifications & Skills

Required Experience

• 3+ years of dedicated NetSuite experience in a techno -functional or technical consulting capacity.
  

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the NetSuite SuiteScript framework (SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 experience is a must).
  

• Solid understanding of NetSuite's data model, entity relationships, and governance limits.
  

Core Functional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of core ERP processes: Order -to -Cash, Procure -to -Pay, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
  

• Ability to map business processes to NetSuite native functionality before proposing custom code.
  

Soft Skills & Extras

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non -technical business users.
  

• Strong problem -solving abilities and a self -driven attitude toward learning new NetSuite features.
