Job Description - Network & Microsoft 365 Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands -on Network & Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and secure our IT environment for users across multiple locations. The role requires strong experience with ManageEngine tools, Microsoft 365 design and administration, endpoint security, and DLP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, MFA, Conditional Access)
Implement and manage ManageEngine DLP and endpoint management solutions
Manage Active Directory, user access, onboarding/offboarding
Remote management, patching, and maintenance of laptops/desktops
Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection policies
Maintain IT audits for hardware, software, licenses, and access
Manage secure networks across locations

Mandatory Skills

Hands -on experience with ManageEngine (DLP / Endpoint Central)
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 design, implementation & administration
Experience in endpoint security, patch management, and audits
Basic networking and security knowledge

Preferred

Microsoft certifications (M365 / Azure)
Experience managing IT for multi -location team
